Please review the following terms and conditions before making your reservation.
1. Payment.
You’ll make your payment in full to reserve your tasting.
2. Cancellations & Refunds.
For small group tastings, there is a full refund minus your association fee of €25 for cancellations more than 48 hours in advance of your booking. For cancellation within 48 hours, we will refund 50% of your payment. There is no refund for same day cancellations.
3. Cost.
Cost is per person unless otherwise stated.
4. Minimum.
We need at least two people to carry out a semi-private tasting. If you are single, please reserve and we’ll get back with the confirmation as soon as at least one other person requests a booking for the same day. We do offer private tastings on request.
5. Booking.
We assume anyone else named in a booking has also accepted all booking conditions along with the person making the booking.
This agreement will be governed by and subject to all stated Terms & Conditions. No variation to these Terms and Conditions shall be of any effect unless made in writing by and with the authority of the Venetian Vine.
